Initial information on the morning of January 18, people in Ba Ho village, Cong Hai commune reported that a baby boy fell from a high bridge into a ditch, in a state of unconsciousness.
Immediately after receiving the information, officers of Detention Center No. 2 urgently arrived at the scene to provide first aid, and called an ambulance to take the victim to Ninh Thuan General Hospital.
The victim is a boy born in 2013, who fell from a bridge into a shallow ditch while riding a bicycle, with many gravel and rocks underneath, near his house.
Thanks to timely emergency care, the baby's health has stabilized, is awake and is continuing to be monitored at the Emergency Department, Ninh Thuan General Hospital.
The victim's family sent thanks to the leaders and officers of Detention Center No. 2 for timely support, contributing to ensuring the safety of the baby's life.
