At 8:45 a.m. on April 8, the Working Group of Road Traffic Police Team No. 2, Traffic Police Department, Dak Nong Provincial Police was on patrol and control duty on National Highway 14, through Dak Ru Commune, Dak R'lap District.
Here, the working group discovered Mr. Nguyen Ho Duy Binh (born in 1993), residing in Hoai Nhon town, Binh Dinh province, driving a motorbike carrying his wife and young child N (born in 2021).
After stopping the car to ask for a visit, the working group learned that N was born deaf and deaf, currently suffering from a malignant tumor in the brain and lungs, and needed to be taken to Ho Chi Minh City for emergency surgery.

Due to family difficulties and no money to rent a car to go to Ho Chi Minh City for treatment, Mr. Binh decided to take his wife and children by motorbike.
He plans to go to the city to borrow money to treat his child. When arriving in Dak R'lap district, the car was broken and the people were tired, so the couple stopped by the roadside to rest.
Hearing this story, the Working Group mobilized a number of benefactors to support Mr. Binh's family with 1 million VND.
In addition, the working group also took Mr. Binh's family by bus to Ho Chi Minh City to treat the child in time.
