Previously, at about 3:30 am on the same day, at Km1126+400 National Highway 1 (Gia An Dong neighborhood), a refrigerated truck with license plate 79C-077. 1x driven by driver To Quoc Khanh (born 1986, residing in Khanh Hoa province) traveling in the South - North direction suddenly lost control and overturned into a roadside sedge field. The incident did not cause any casualties.

At the time of the accident, the truck was carrying more than 3 tons of shrimp. After overturning into the field, the refrigeration system lost power, and all goods were at risk of damage and great damage.
Upon receiving the news, Hoai Nhon Bac Ward Police quickly arrived at the scene, mobilizing nearly 10 officers and soldiers and forces to participate in protecting local security and order and people to support the transfer of all shrimp to other vehicles for timely preservation.
