According to the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal, in the past time, the "Three-First" emulation movement in the Tay Ninh Provincial Police force has been spreading strongly to each grassroots unit, becoming an important driving force to promote officers and soldiers (CBCS) to strive to excellently complete assigned tasks.
Not only stopping at slogans, this movement has become substantive, creating many beautiful, close and responsible images of the Police force in the hearts of the people.
At Nhon Ninh Commune Police (Tay Ninh province), the unit has just synchronously implemented many measures, proactively preventing and not allowing complicated security and order (ANTT) issues to arise, while patrolling the area tightly, focusing on key roads, residential areas, crowded areas, reminding cases of traffic participants not ensuring safety, contributing to preventing violations and traffic accidents.
The police force also helped people repair damaged motorbikes on the road, strengthened propaganda and mobilized business households in the area to comply with regulations on using roadbeds and sidewalks. Through this, reminded 23 cases to sign commitments not to trade encroachment, contributing to ensuring urban aesthetics and traffic safety.
At Trang Bang Ward Police (Tay Ninh province), the implementation of the "Saturday for the People" model contributes to consolidating and creating people's trust in the Police force.
The model is organized on Saturdays every week, supporting the issuance of electronic identification accounts to people; deploying a peak period of issuing identification accounts to children from 6 to 14 years old; guiding people to install and use the VNeID application to serve administrative procedures and digital transactions; strictly implementing the process of receiving citizens and resolving administrative procedures in accordance with regulations; ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance with the law.
Accordingly, the "Saturday for the People" model clearly shows the change in thinking and actions of the grassroots police force, from "performing public duty responsibility" to "public duty responsibility - serving the people". Right on the first day of deploying the model, the Ward Police Department resolved procedures for more than 200 cases of ID card issuance and identification along with many other related procedures.
At the same time, integrating propaganda of laws on social order and safety, traffic safety at citizen reception locations, contributing to consolidating people's trust in the police force, towards building Trang Bang Ward Police "brave, humane, serving the People".
Lieutenant Colonel Bui Van Ninh - Vam Co Commune Police (Tay Ninh province) - informed that, in the face of the complicated drought and saltwater intrusion situation, directly affecting people's lives in the area, the unit has coordinated with grassroots ANTT forces to deploy many practical activities, transporting and distributing water to each hamlet, prioritizing poor households, policy families and areas heavily affected by saltwater intrusion. At water supply points, the unit also directly guides people on how to store, preserve and use water economically and effectively.
