According to the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal, reporting at the working session, Lieutenant General Bui Quang Thanh - Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Public Security - emphasized: In the first quarter of 2026, under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee of the Central Public Security, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, and the effective coordination of the Police of units and localities, the Party Committee and leaders of the Inspectorate of the Ministry united, unified, and focused on comprehensively leading the Party building and force building of the Inspectorate of the Ministry; effectively and with quality implementing all aspects of inspection work, contributing to effectively serving the political tasks of the People's Police Force (CAND).

Notably, it has proactively advised on effectively implementing the function of advising state management on inspection, citizen reception, complaint and denunciation resolution, and anti-corruption and negativity.
Emphasizing a number of key tasks to be implemented in the coming time, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung requested that the Inspectorate Party Committee of the Ministry must focus on researching and having its own resolutions, action programs, and topics to implement the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress and the Resolution of the 8th Central Public Security Party Committee, especially the new directions of the Central Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness, and Negative Phenomena.
From there, thoroughly grasp to each inspection officer and soldier to continue to implement the slogan of resolute and persistent action, "no forbidden zones, no exceptions", handling one case to warn the whole region in the fight against corruption, wastefulness, and negativity.
Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung also requested the Ministry Inspectorate to continue to improve the legal framework on inspection work in the People's Public Security Forces; regularly review and propose amendments to problems and inadequacies related to inspection work.
The Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry Inspectorate and the entire force need to change their thinking and state from "public service responsibility" to "public service - service responsibility"; shift from the "order - obedience" to "order - obedience" and proactively propose and create development.
Research the project to consolidate and improve the quality of the inspection force system, in which strongly shift towards grassroots levels, strengthen training and professional and in-depth training for commune-level police forces.
