According to information from Hanoi City Police, Lien Minh Commune Police and Hoang Liet Ward Police and Tay Mo Ward Police have implemented the "Wings of Dreams" program, organizing visits, encouragement and giving gifts to families of officers and soldiers in difficult circumstances in the unit.
At the Tay Mo Ward Police headquarters, the gift-giving program for officers and soldiers facing difficulties took place intimately, showing concern, sharing and timely spiritual encouragement for families in the force.
Previously, Lien Minh Commune Police visited and supported Bui Bao Anh - son of comrade Bui Viet Hau (officer of Dong Da Ward Police), currently living in Hanoi.

This is a particularly difficult case when Bui Bao Anh has a severe disability, greatly affecting his life and studies. His family is currently in O Dien commune, with limited economic conditions.
With the spirit of mutual affection, the collective of officers and soldiers of Lien Minh Commune Police agreed to support Bao Anh with an amount of 12,370,000 VND per year. The funding is contributed by officers and soldiers in the unit, showing the spirit of solidarity and sharing of the People's Police force.
In addition, Hoang Liet Ward Police also presented a gift worth 12 million VND to Tran Gia Huy - son of two comrades Dang Thi Hang and Tran Tuan Anh, in which the father had an accident in 2019 and is currently a vegetative. The funding was mobilized from voluntary contributions of officers and soldiers in the unit.

At the gift-giving ceremony, representatives of the Ward Police Command said that although the material value is not large, the gifts are of profound spiritual significance, showing responsibility and sharing, contributing to adding strength for young children to overcome difficulties and rise up in life.
The above series of activities has also contributed to spreading the humanistic values of the "Wings of Dreams" program, while affirming the image of grassroots police officers not only completing the task of ensuring security and order well but also being full of compassion, attached to the community, and serving the People.
