Major General Pham Van Ty said that the working group of the Vietnam People's Army deployed a surprise mission in a very short time, having to prepare many relief goods, equipment, and specialized supplies to be able to complete the task well.
In Naypyidaw, the Rescue Team of the Vietnam People's Army was assigned to search for missing people in 3 areas: Bala Tidi Apartment Complex, Ottara Thiri Hospital and Aye Chan Thar Hotel. The team promptly used professional dogs and specialized equipment, rada through the wall, rada to search for images and discovered 32 locations with victims, and directly organized searches at 20 locations, handing over 12 locations to Myanmar.
