On the afternoon of July 5, Son Ha Commune Police, Quang Ngai province said that at about 2 pm on July 4, the unit received a report from Ms. Dinh Thi Hoach (born 1964, residing in Go Rang village, Son Ha commune) about dropping property including 1.3 taels of gold and more than 15 million VND in cash on the road from the area of Son Thuong Commune People's Committee (old) to Ly Nghiep intersection, belonging to Go Rang village, Son Ha commune.
Immediately after receiving the report, Son Ha Commune Police urgently deployed professional measures to verify and search. In just 12 hours, the police force identified the person who picked up the above property.
Through working, the person who picked up the property showed honesty and wished to return it to the person who lost it soon. However, because he is working far from the locality, this person cannot directly go to the commune police headquarters to hand over the property.
Son Ha Commune Police proactively sent officers to the place where the property finder was working to receive all the property according to regulations, complete the necessary procedures and quickly return it to Ms. Dinh Thi Hoach.
