In Trung Son hamlet, Thuong Coc commune, Bui Nhu Ngoc (born in 2015) grew up in particularly difficult circumstances. Her mother died of cancer, her father suffered from mental illness, and the lives of the two fathers and sons mainly depended on the care of relatives.

Mr. Bui Van Tuan (Ngoc's uncle) said that his family situation is too difficult. Lacking the love of his mother since childhood, Ngoc also has many feelings of inferiority.

Not only Ngoc, Thuong Coc Commune Police also sponsored Bui Thi Hanh (born in 2014, in Huu Nghi hamlet). Hanh's mother left, she lives with her sick and weak father. Family life is therefore even more deprived.
Over the past time, Thuong Coc Commune Police have given a total of 10 gifts to the two children, with a total value of about 20 million VND; and also given dozens of gifts to disadvantaged children in the commune.
According to officials of Thuong Coc Commune Police, the program aims not only to provide material support but also to create a spiritual support for disadvantaged children.
Students are listened to, shared and accompanied to have more faith in learning and training.
Major Bui Quang Nhat - Deputy Head of Thuong Coc Commune Police - said that the "Commune Police Adoption Children" program is a deeply humane activity, showing the spirit of being close to the people, sticking to the people and "Serving the People" of the grassroots police force.
