Giving 2,200 Tet gifts worth 1.1 billion VND
Binh Ngo Tet 2026, the Institute for Cultural Development and Community Health Care organized a working delegation to visit, wish Tet and give gifts to poor households, near-poor households, and households in difficult circumstances in 22 communes and wards under constituency No. 1 of Dong Nai province.
A total of 2,200 gifts were presented, with a total value of 1.1 billion VND. Each commune and ward received 100 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, including rice, Tet cakes and jams and 300,000 VND in cash.
Not only stopping at Tet gifts, the program also awarded 50 bicycles to poor students overcoming difficulties, and at the same time gave gifts to encourage workers and laborers in difficult circumstances - those who have worked hard but still face many difficulties in life.
Previously, the 9th "Warm Spring - Sharing Tet" program was solemnly held in Hanoi. This is an opportunity for the Organizing Committee to meet at the beginning of the year, to express gratitude to typical philanthropists who have accompanied throughout the journey of charity.

Within the framework of the program, the delegation visited and offered incense at the Martyrs' Memorial on Bac Son Street, visited the National Assembly House, before officially entering the meeting "Warm Spring - Sharing Tet".
Compassion Bridge" for nearly 10 years
The program "Warm Spring - Sharing Tet" organized by the Institute for Cultural Development and Community Health Care in coordination with the Institute of Talent and Human Resources Research has entered its 9th year - becoming an annual charity activity with rich social significance.
Speaking at the program, Major General Nguyen Dinh Duoc - Director of the Institute of Talent and Human Resources Research - emphasized: "For nearly a decade, the journey'Warm Spring - Sharing Tet' has become a persistent bridge of compassion, continuing the emotional 9th chapter in the charity diary of the two Institutes. Not only are they material gifts, the program is also a flame to warm difficult lives, bringing love to every roof and lighting dreams for studious children every Tet and Spring.
The activities included: free medical examination and treatment, gratitude to wounded soldiers and martyrs on July 27, building houses of gratitude, donating bicycles, and awarding scholarships to poor students overcoming difficulties to study well in many provinces and cities across the country.
With a budget of tens of billions of VND in nearly 10 years, the program has brought home, learning opportunities and hope to millions of difficult circumstances - contributing to spreading the culture of sharing in society.
