Hai Phong - In the afternoon of April 22, information from Hung Thang commune, Vinh Quang Border Guard Station promptly rescued people trapped in mangrove forests.

At about 3 pm on April 21, Vinh Quang Border Guard Station received a report from Mr. Hoang Van D (born in 1976, residing in Chan Hung commune, Hai Phong) about Ms. Ngo Thi G (65 years old, residing in hamlet 12, Hung Thang commune, Mr. D's relative) going to catch crabs from the morning of the same day but has not returned.

Immediately after receiving the information, the unit quickly deployed forces, coordinated with local people to organize searches. At about 4 pm on the same day, functional forces discovered Ms. G in the Vinh Quang beach area.

Ms. G said that because fishing in the Cong Roc area was not effective, she moved to the offshore area. However, the high tide made it impossible for her to return to shore, forcing her to cling to mangrove trees in the mangrove forest area to wait for rescue. After approaching, the Border Guard force promptly brought her ashore safely. Currently, Ms. G's health has stabilized.
