At about 4 pm on July 21, Mr. Do Van Vuong (born in 1985, residing in Cay Da village, Binh Xa commune) when passing through a concrete road in Minh Tien village 7 (Binh Xa commune, Tuyen Quang province) picked up a black leather wallet. Inside the wallet were personal papers and 21,056,000 VND, according to the Electronic Information Portal (TTĐT) of Tuyen Quang Provincial Police.
Immediately after picking up the property, Mr. Vuong brought the wallet to Binh Xa Commune Police to hand it over and asked for help in finding the person who dropped it. Upon receiving the information, the Commune Police quickly proceeded to verify, review and contact the owner.
On the same day, Binh Xa Commune Police organized the return of all documents and the amount of 21,056,000 VND to Mr. Pham Van Thiet (born in 1963, residing in hamlet 5 Minh Tien, Binh Xa commune), the person who dropped the wallet.
Receiving the property back, Mr. Thiet expressed his emotion and sent sincere thanks to Mr. Do Van Vuong for his honest action, and thanked the Binh Xa Commune Police force for quickly verifying, contacting and supporting the return of the property in a short time.
