On the evening of March 2nd, information from Hai Phong City Police, Ms. H.T. H (born in 1990, permanently residing in Van Xuan ward, Thai Nguyen province) came to Bach Dang Ward Police to pick up her child, baby D.N. L (born in 2012) after receiving a notice of finding her.
Accordingly, at about 8 am on March 1, Ms. H received news from Bach Dang Ward Police about baby L (who got lost on February 28 when going from Thai Nguyen to Hai Phong) being discovered and safely cared for by the police force at the headquarters. Immediately after receiving the news, she immediately went to Hai Phong to complete procedures to get her child back.
Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Ba Manh - Deputy Head of Bach Dang Ward Police directly supported and handed over the baby to his family. During the time the baby stayed at the headquarters of Bach Dang Ward Police, officers and soldiers wholeheartedly cared for, encouraged and also supported gifts to share the family's circumstances.
