Mr. Hoang Van Linh - Head of the Security and Order Protection Team (ANTT) of Tam Danh village is an example of dedication to work, not afraid of difficulties, standing side by side with the Commune Police force day and night in patrolling, guarding, and controlling the area.
Mr. Linh was born and raised in Tam Danh village (Tan Doan commune, Lang Son province). In 2011, he joined the village police force. In 2016, he was elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Village Party Cell. In 2024, Mr. Linh was appointed as Head of the grassroots security and order protection team.
For the people of Tam Danh village, Mr. Linh is always an exemplary and reliable team leader, not afraid of the sun and rain, present in time day and night with the Commune Police force to ensure the security and order situation in the village.
Mr. Linh shared that Tam Danh village currently has 99 households with 442 people, mainly Tay and Nung ethnic people. The population is large, the area is large while the Security and Order Protection Team has only 3 members, so from the beginning of the year, he has proactively developed a plan, assigned tasks to each person, and grasped the circumstances of each household.
To successfully complete the assigned tasks, Mr. Linh actively advised the Party Committee, authorities and the Commune Police in ensuring security and order. Typically, the establishment of a model of "Security Zalo" and "Commentary Box" for people to proactively reflect the security and order situation and denounce criminals.
In addition, Mr. Linh also coordinated propaganda to build a movement for the entire people to protect national security; Fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue; Support administrative management of social order, regularly urge and remind people to strictly comply with the provisions of the law.
From 2024 to present, Mr. Linh has coordinated with functional forces to organize patrols to ensure security and order; Propagate and guide people to issue and renew driver's licenses and citizen identification cards, provide authorities with many valuable sources, and participate in protecting traffic accident scenes.
Not only did Mr. Linh take good care of security and order, he also actively supported people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters. Typically, in October 2025, when storm No. 10 (Bualoi) caused heavy rain and localized flooding that isolated many households in Doan Ket village, he and the Commune Police force promptly supported the evacuation of people and property, helping 70 households to safety.
After the water receded, Mr. Linh continued to support people in cleaning their houses, collecting fallen trees, and encouraging people to soon stabilize their lives. His dedication has contributed to fostering the spirit of solidarity in the community, while affirming the important role of the security force in the area.
With his continuous efforts, for many consecutive years, Mr. Hoang Van Linh has been commended by all levels and sectors. In 2025, he was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tan Doan Commune for his achievements in the movement of All People Protecting National Security.
In particular, in November 2025, Mr. Linh was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Public Security for his outstanding achievements in the special emulation movement of the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level.
