    Quang Tri - The Le Thuy Commune Police force promptly supported the safe delivery of a mother who was pregnant and had to cross the flood to the hospital.

    On the evening of November 3, Le Thuy Commune Police (Quang Tri Province) said that in the afternoon of the same day, they had received a report that Ms. Nguyen My Ha (born in 1990, residing in Hamlet 5, Dai Phong Village, Le Thuy Commune) had signs of labor and needed to be urgently taken to Le Thuy Regional General Hospital.

    At that time, the Le Thuy commune area was cut off due to rising floodwaters, many roads were deeply flooded, making it difficult for vehicles to move.

    Immediately upon receiving the information, the Commune Police sent forces to the scene, using vehicles to bring the mother to the hospital safely.
