Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has issued a decision approving the results of the architectural design competition for the Project of building a common headquarters for departments, branches and sectors under the Provincial People's Committee; a common headquarters for the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, socio-political organizations and provincial-level mass organizations assigned by the Party and State to Khanh Hoa province.
The locality has selected a First Prize for the project with code KC185 of the consortium HUNI Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Huni Architectes), Le Quang Architecture Co., Ltd. and Associates (Da Nang City).
The project with the competition code KC185 of the Huni Architectes consortium is the winning project for architectural and landscape design of the project to build a common headquarters for departments, branches and sectors under the Provincial People's Committee; a common headquarters for the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, socio-political organizations and provincial-level mass organizations assigned by the Party and State to Khanh Hoa province.
Currently, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Provincial Development Project Management Board to coordinate with the Huni Architectes consortium to complete the architectural plan.
It is known that the project to build a common headquarters for departments, branches and sectors under the Provincial People's Committee; a common headquarters for the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, socio-political organizations and mass organizations at the provincial level will be implemented on a land area of over 9.2 hectares in Vinh Thai commune, Nha Trang city.
This project is part of the planning of the Urban Area - Park - New Administrative Center of Khanh Hoa province. The implementation period is from 2024 to 2027 with a total investment of more than 1,867 billion VND.
