On April 1, Binh Phu Commune Police (Gia Lai) said that the unit had just coordinated with medical forces to successfully rescue a woman who had been missing for more than 10 days in a deep forest area in the locality.
According to initial information, on March 24, Binh Phu Commune Police received a report from people about the discovery of a woman appearing in the deep forest in Phu My village.
This is an area with rugged terrain, dense forests, almost isolated, causing many difficulties for access and rescue work.
Through verification, the police force identified this woman as Ms. D.T. H (50 years old, residing in Binh An commune, Gia Lai). According to the family, Ms. H. showed signs of psychological instability and had been missing for more than 10 days before being discovered.
Immediately after receiving the information, Binh Phu Commune Police coordinated with the Commune Health Station to organize search and rescue. After many hours of crossing the forest, the task force approached Ms. H. in a state of exhaustion, mental panic and no longer able to move on her own.
Functional forces used hammocks to carry the victims, taking turns carrying them through the dense forest, and at the same time continuously reassuring their spirits to ensure safety during the process of taking them out.
After more than 4 hours of moving in complex terrain conditions, the working group safely took Ms. H. out of the forest and handed her over to her family to continue monitoring and taking care of her health.
