Accordingly, Phung Cong Commune Police are conducting verification and clarification of the appearance of a motorbike, a letter believed to be a suicide note written in red ink on white paper, and 3 pairs of sandals (including 2 pairs of children's sandals) at a bridge in the area.
Information began to spread quickly from the night of March 31 and continued to be widely shared until the morning of April 1. According to the content of the letter, the incident is said to be related to a woman and two young children. At the end of the letter, the writer left a relative's phone number, asking for contact in case of bad situations.
Immediately after appearing, the incident caused many mixed opinions. Many people expressed concern and pity if the incident happened exactly as mentioned in the letter.
Regarding information related to the woman in the incident, in an exchange with Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of Van Giang Commune People's Committee said that her family is currently renting a shop to do business in Van Giang commune. The incident occurred in Phung Cong commune, functional agencies have received information and are clarifying.
Leaders of Phung Cong Commune Police informed that the unit had grasped the content spread on the internet and quickly intervened to verify. At the same time, the police agency denied the information that the 3 mothers and children had jumped off the bridge to commit suicide.
Also according to Phung Cong Commune Police, the three mothers and children involved have moved to Thai Nguyen province and have not returned home.
