Ms. Vo Thi Yen Linh, a resident of Ngo Gia Tu apartment building, expressed her hope that the government will soon have a plan for compensation, relocation, and renovation so that people can live more peacefully. "The walls are peeling a lot. One day, I was in the house and heard a loud noise. I ran out and saw a piece of concrete falling. Luckily, no one was hit," Ms. Yen Linh recounted.
