In Dong Quoc Binh ward, 254 households in old apartment buildings are subject to evacuation before storm No. 3 with a total of 751 people (elderly and children account for more than 30%). The ward has arranged 6 shelters for people from 12 noon today, including Le Hong Phong Primary School, Le Hong Phong Secondary School, 20/10 Kindergarten, Sao Sang 4 Kindergarten, 1st floor lobby of buildings HH4 and HH3.

At Mat Rong fishing port (Thuy Nguyen district), by 9:30 this morning, 549 fishing boats had returned to safe shelters. Thuy Nguyen district also planned to evacuate 377 households with 1,339 people due to the risk of landslides and flooding caused by the storm.
