“Chu dau tu da co van ban gui UBND tinh va cu dan tai du an. Theo do, thoi gian hoan thanh cong trinh va ban giao nha tai dinh cu la 36 thang (theo dung tien do UBND tinh quy dinh tai Quyet dinh so 2088/QD-UBND ngay 08.9.2023. De dam bao dung tien do 36 thang, chu dau tu da hoan thanh toan bo cong tac chuan bi, nha thau xay lap, nha thau cung cap vat tu, vat lieu, tu van giam sat,...de hoan thanh thi cong theo tong tien do SXD cap phep trong thoi gian toi”, dai dien Cong ty Dong Da cho hay.
