    In 2025, Hanoi city is expected to complete 11 social housing projects with nearly 6,000 apartments, equivalent to 345,000m2 of floor space. And in the period of 2026-2030, it is expected to deploy 50 more projects with nearly 57,200 apartments, equivalent to 3.2 million m2 of floor space.

    This is part of the social housing development strategy to meet the urgent housing needs of low-income people, helping to improve the quality of life for disadvantaged people in Hanoi.
