Ha Doi Temple is located in the middle of Ha Doi village, Tien Thanh commune, Tien Lang, and is one of the Five Sacred Temples (five sacred temples) of Tien Lang district.

The temple was built on a favorable land, facing the West, with a Tam-shaped layout, including: 3 front rooms, 3 central rooms (newly renovated), 3 back rooms, a guest house, and a stele house, on a campus of more than 800 square meters.

The genealogy of Ha Doi temple records that General Tran Quoc Thanh was born in the year of Giap Ty 1264, at the age of 16 he was well-versed in the classics, well-versed in battle formations, and both literary and martial arts. His name is associated with glorious victories with the Tran army and people in fighting the Yuan-Mongol invaders such as Ham Tu, Chuong Duong, Tay Ket, and Bach Dang. From the years 1284 and 1285, he was entrusted by the royal court with the important responsibility of leading troops to guard the eastern coastal region, establishing a headquarters in the land of Trang Ngoc Doi, Binh Ha district, Nam Sach prefecture, Hai Duong town. After his death, in 1288, King Tran sent an envoy to the military camp in Trang Ngoc Doi to perform a ceremony with the people and soldiers, and issued an edict for the people to build a temple to worship him.

The ancient architecture of the temple still retains 3 rear chambers, with 4 sets of trusses, in which the two middle trusses have similar structures.

The seven porches are embossed with designs of chrysanthemums turning into dragons, leaves turning into phoenixes, bamboo turning into dragons...

Currently, the temple still preserves many antiques such as: wooden statue of Tran Quoc Thanh placed in the altar, 2 bronze statues, altar, statue of Princess Bang Ngoc, statue of Tam The, palanquin, halberd, eight treasures...

In the Ha Doi temple grounds, there is also the Go Dau Lau stele house, which preserves the remains of "six male heads, three female heads" - 9 villagers of Ngoc Doi village who followed General Tran Quoc Thanh through the 2nd (1285) and 3rd (1288) resistance wars against the Mongol invasion and died in battle. In 1947, the French colonialists burned down the Ha Doi temple, the villagers brought the 9 Lau heads to bury at the Dau Lau mound and erected a stele to worship them.
