Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Huyen, a shop owner on Hang Vai Street (Hoan Kiem District), shared: “Every year, around 11pm, my daughter and I prepare the New Year's Eve offerings. Once finished, I will go watch the fireworks to welcome the new year.”
