Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just approved the investment policy for the housing commercial and service complex project in the urban and cultural center of Viet Yen ward.
Accordingly, the project's objective is to form a modern, synchronous urban area with full amenities from low-rise housing, high-rise housing to commerce, services, hotels, meeting the living, entertainment, and resting needs of people, as well as a team of leaders and foreign experts working in the area and in industrial parks.
The project has a land use scale of about 75,617 m2, building 7 21-story apartment buildings. In addition, there are also car garages, multi-purpose houses, and a high-rise hotel area.
The project is expected to meet the housing needs of about 5,136 people.
Total investment capital (expected) is more than 7, 261 billion VND. Of which owner's equity is more than 1,452 billion VND, and other legal loans and mobilized capital is more than 5,809 billion VND.
Project operating period: 50 years from the date of approval of winning auction results. Project implementation location: Viet Yen Ward, Bac Ninh Province.
Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee assigned relevant departments and branches and Viet Yen Ward People's Committee to select investors and implement the project in accordance with the law.
Bac Ninh is one of the industrial capitals in the North, concentrating a series of FDI giants in the field of manufacturing technology equipment, electronics, and semiconductors.
In recent years, Bac Ninh has also become a destination for a series of large investors in the real estate sector.
Currently, a series of new urban area projects with a total investment of nearly hundreds of thousands of billions of VND are being accelerated in implementation in this locality.
