8.4ha land in Thai Hoa ward, Tan Uyen city. This land implements an education and training complex project (university, vocational training, high school, middle school, primary school).
This land is managed by the state, is private land, and is used for growing crops and housing. In terms of general planning, this is urban public service land (educational land).
100ha land in An Tay ward, Ben Cat city, Binh Duong province. Land for An Tay General Port project. Currently, this is still vacant land, construction works and crops. Land is from individuals and organizations.
