Binh Duong Provincial People's Council has unanimously approved the general construction planning project (scale 1/5,000) of Dat Cuoc Industrial Park, in Bac Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong province.
Dat Cuoc Industrial Park is located in Dat Cuoc commune, Bac Tan Uyen district. The adjacent boundaries are as follows: the East borders residential land and is about 100m from DH 436 road, the West borders agricultural land and Tan Loi stream, the South borders agricultural land and residential land, the North borders rubber land.
The planned area of the industrial park is 523 hectares. It is a concentrated, multi-industry industrial park. It attracts investment projects with industries following the socio-economic development orientation of the province. The planned industrial park has a workforce of about 26,000 people.
According to records, Binh Duong province is currently attracting more foreign investment projects. In addition, the province has a policy of relocating factories in the South to industrial parks in the North of the province. Therefore, the province is currently opening more industrial parks in the Northern localities to prepare infrastructure to welcome investors.
In 2022, the province started construction of the VSIP III industrial park in Tan Uyen city, covering an area of 1,000 hectares. Recently, the province started construction of the Cay Truong Industrial Park in Bau Bang district, covering an area of 700 hectares.
