Not only in the coordination between departments, but also in the spirit of working day and night of workers and engineers on the construction site. They did not hesitate to face difficulties, were willing to sacrifice personal time, even celebrate Tet away from their families to ensure construction progress.
The 500kV Circuit 3 Line project requires flexibility and creativity to overcome a series of challenges. From producing and transporting 145,000 tons of steel columns in a short period of time, to responding to extreme weather conditions, every step required flexible and creative solutions. EVNNPT has shown proactive adjustment of production plans, increased contractor capacity, and effective use of human resources to ensure progress. This is proof of the need to always be ready with backup plans and the ability to adapt to unexpected situations.

During the implementation process, EVNNPT has not only focused on increasing human and material resources but also proactively controlled every stage from supplying materials to construction and acceptance. EVNNPT's senior leaders were always present at the construction site to both encourage workers' spirit and strictly control progress.
