The next morning, the alarm rings when you are still dreamy in bed. You turn off your phone and tell yourself: Lie down on your navel for a little longer and then wake up.
But the result is 8 am, you are just dawning.
Humans are sometimes like a rotating fan. It moves very quickly and diligently, but after looking back, you still see it standing in the same place. It is worth mentioning that when a loop occurs, we often don't realize it immediately. We still believe that we are changing. It's just that the change is a bit like changing the color of a notebook cover, while inside are still unwritten white pages.
The human vicious cycle usually does not lie in lack of effort. On the contrary, we are very diligent in repeating familiar things. The problem is that that familiarity is sometimes the reason why things stand still.
Like someone who always complains that he doesn't have time to read books, but still spends an hour surfing his phone every night. Every day they are determined "today is different". And then in the evening, the phone is in his hand and everything is back to the way it was, somehow. Everything is exactly the same as yesterday. This loop is simply the result of convenience. People like things that are familiar, first familiar. The brain also likes to save energy, so it often suggests: "Just do it as usual!" And so that "every other time" lasts for a long time.
Sometimes just a small change. Go to bed early instead of talking about getting up early. Turn off the phone before reading. The truth is that new results rarely come from the old path. It often appears when we dare to go a little far, sometimes very small, but enough to change the landscape. Like a fan, just press the "turn" button, the wind suddenly blows in a different direction. If it remains the same, it will still spin very diligently and as before.
The scariest thing is not knowing how to be bored with yourself when you see everything stagnating!
