This is achieved thanks to the strong direction of the entire political system, the efforts of the locality, the consensus of the people and the tireless efforts of the construction units and the workers.
Although the 500kV Lao Cai - Vinh Yen line has a total length of only 229.5km, it is also a challenging project with mainly mountainous and complex terrain. Therefore, the completion time frame of 6 months becomes an unresolved problem.
A very positive point is that the 500kV Lao Cai - Vinh Yen transmission line project is receiving great consensus and support from people in the localities where the project passes through, when ready to demolish houses and relocate, immediately hand over fields and gardens to the construction unit.
Yesterday, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh "ordrated" Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) to complete the project progress before August 31. In particular, the head of the Government requested that entities join hands and implement projects with 6 more: Faster progress; better quality; cheaper cost; safer, more effective; better social security work; better environmental sanitation.
Lessons from the success of the 500kV line 3 Quang Trach - Pho Noi show that one of the decisive roles in project progress and quality is the spirit of determination and hard work of a large number of workers and laborers. The role of the Trade Union organization is not only to launch a vibrant patriotic emulation movement, arousing national pride but also to promptly encourage, reward, and create an enthusiastic working atmosphere for key projects.
Union members and workers always contribute their efforts to the country's projects.
Yesterday, the President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor called on: "All union members and workers participating in the construction site respond to the emulation movement, overcome all difficulties and challenges of the weather, working conditions, promote initiatives and creativity in labor, determined to ensure progress, safety and savings".
That is also the commitment and command of the sense of responsibility of each worker and the Trade Union organization.
