The construction of 248 inter-level boarding schools according to the Politburo's policy has realized that wish.
For students in border areas, boarding schools not only help them study continuously, avoiding having to walk dozens of kilometers every day, but also bring a safe and equal learning environment, where knowledge becomes a bridge to bring them out of the vicious cycle of poverty.
As for teachers, the spacious boarding schools that are about to grow will be the "big home" for both teachers and students. Teachers have stable accommodation, long-term work security; there are enough classrooms, boarding areas, sports areas, library rooms, laboratories... so that they can teach, create and contribute properly.
From the new classes that will be applied in Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Lao Cai to Nghe An, An Giang... tens of thousands of ethnic minority students will study in a better environment, have enough to eat, wear warm clothes, study fully and most importantly, and be nurtured in a sense of pride and responsibility for their homeland.
Teachers can rest assured to stick with the class, students can study with peace of mind, creating a foundation for sustainable development. And above all, it is a vivid testament to General Secretary To Lam's viewpoint: "This is a project of the people's heart, for the future of our children".
The investment policy for inter-level boarding schools is not only strategic, but also demonstrates the spirit of "for the people, by the people".
