Enterprises that produce, trade or implement an investment project are subject to many types of fees with and without names. Reducing costs for businesses is to support businesses in reducing costs, increasing competitiveness and high business efficiency. Regarding cutting business conditions, the Government has drastically implemented solutions to implement them and achieved remarkable results. Ministries and branches have cut and simplified 628 business regulations in 53 legal documents, bringing the total number of cut and simplified business regulations from 2021 to 2023 to 2,770 regulations; 14 ministries and branches have implemented the plan to decentralize 86 administrative procedures, bringing the total number of administrative procedures decentralized from 2022 to 2023 to 153/699 administrative procedures, reaching 21.9%.
Based on that achievement, implementing the General Secretary's request to abolish at least 30% of unnecessary business conditions, people and businesses will certainly have "open" space to participate in production and business.
