3 tips to help women make skin-nourishing masks from kitchen ingredients

There are quite a few diverse types of pharmaceuticals and cosmetics on the market for women to choose from to take care of their skin. However, familiar ingredients available in the kitchen will bring many wonderful beauty benefits, especially safe and benign to help women achieve effectiveness when making skin whitening masks.

Potato and fresh milk mask

Potatoes are rich in vitamins C, B6, potassium and antioxidants, which help fade dark spots and even out skin tone. Fresh milk is rich in lactic acid and protein, which has the ability to gently exfoliate, provide moisture, and help skin become softer and brighter.

To do this, women need to prepare a small potato and about 2-3 tablespoons of unsweetened fresh milk. Boil the potatoes until cooked, peel them and mash them finely. Mix the mashed potatoes with fresh milk into a smooth mixture.

After washing your face thoroughly, apply the mixture evenly on the skin and relax for about 15-20 minutes, then rinse with cool water. You should apply 2-3 times a week to see obvious effects on the skin.

Oatmeal and honey mask

Oatmeal powder is a great ingredient to help deeply cleanse the skin, remove sebum and dead cells thanks to its fine grain texture, and soothe irritated skin.

Honey is known for its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and moisturizing properties, helping the skin become soft, reduce acne and support natural skin brightening. This combination not only whitens but also helps the skin become healthy from the inside out.

To make a mask of oatmeal and honey, prepare 2 tablespoons of pure oatmeal and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix these two ingredients well with a little warm water (or fresh milk) until a thick mixture forms.

After washing your face thoroughly, gently apply the mixture to your skin and massage gently in circular motions for a few minutes to enhance the effectiveness of exfoliation.

Apply the mask to the skin for about 15-20 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Applying the mask 1 to 2 times a week will help moisturize and brighten the skin.

Non-sugar yogurt and turmeric powder mask

Unsweetened yogurt has a rich source of lactic acid, which helps remove dead cells on the skin surface, fade dark spots and improve skin brightness. Turmeric powder, with its powerful curcumin active ingredient, has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and skin-brightening properties.

Accordingly, women just need to mix 2 tablespoons of unsweetened yogurt with 1/2 teaspoon of pure turmeric powder. After cleansing the face, apply the mask evenly on the skin and hold for about 15-20 minutes before washing your face with cool water. Use this mask 1 to 2 times a week to achieve the effect of brightening and evening skin tone.

However, women should also note to try a small amount of the mixture on the small skin area on the wrist or behind the ear before applying it to the entire face, if Nnu has a reaction, stop applying the mask immediately. After applying the mask, take full moisturizing steps and always use sunscreen to protect the skin.
