    1. Treating scalp acne caused by folliculitis

    An analysis published in the Journal of Clinical Microbiology Reviews found that tea tree oil has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Therefore, adding a few drops of tea tree oil to a carrier oil and applying it to pimples can help fight bacterial or fungal infections.

    2. Treating scalp acne caused by allergic reactions

    Mix oatmeal with a little water to form a paste and apply it to the pimples, it helps soothe the irritation caused by allergies, because oatmeal has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

    3. Treating scalp acne caused by psoriasis

    Use medicated shampoos with ingredients such as selenium sulfide, ketoconazole, or salicylic acid to treat seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, or fungal infections.

    4. Treatment of scalp acne caused by pilar cysts

    Pilar cysts are benign, fluid-filled cysts that form from hair follicles. Therefore, using antibiotics can treat these cysts.
