Variants of traditional coffee are opening a new direction for nutrition, says Dr. Sohaib Imtiaz, a preventive medicine expert in the UK. Adding turmeric, mushrooms, olive oil or coconut water can help increase energy, improve the digestive system and reduce the risk of chronic diseases. However, they cannot replace a balanced diet or medical methods.

In general, the four types of coffee mentioned above can be considered creative and potential options to improve natural health. However, before applying it regularly, users should consult a nutritionist or doctor for instructions suitable for their personal health condition.
