The important thing is that they are benign, safe and suitable for modern lifestyle.
Here are 5 types of leaves that are recognized by modern medicine and medicine for their health value:
1. Plantain leaves - liver filtering, diuretic, reduce inflammation
Plantago major is a precious medicine in Chinese medicine, has a sweet taste, welcoming properties, thermogenic effects, diuretic, anti-inflammatory. The active ingredient aucubin in plantain has been proven by modern medicine to have anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and support detoxification through urine.
