Barley tea
Barley tea is often used during festivals or after meals with many dishes. This type of tea has a fragrant taste, is easy to drink, can help soothe feelings of greasiness and support digestion.
The mixing method is quite simple: use about 30-50 grams of barley, roast on a pan until the seeds turn yellow, then put in a pot with the appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil and use as tea.
Chamomile tea
Chamomile tea combined with some herbs is used as a light drink, suitable for people who want to limit sugary and calorie-rich drinks.
Ingredients include chrysanthemum, lemongrass, plantain root, white beans and lotus seeds. The ingredients, except for chrysanthemum, are put in about 2 liters of water, soaked for about 30 minutes and then boiled. Then reduce the heat and cook for about 30 more minutes. Finally, add chrysanthemum, soak for about 5 minutes before use.
Tea should be stored properly and used for a short time to ensure quality.
Rose and cinnamon tea
The combination of roses and cinnamon seeds is often used in herbal tea formulas for people with internal heat or prone to constipation.
Ingredients include rose buds, cinnamon seeds, mulberry leaves and some herbal roots. Except for rose buds and mulberry leaves, the remaining ingredients are soaked in about 2 liters of water for 30 minutes, then boiled and continued to cook over low heat for about 30 minutes. Finally, add rose buds and mulberry leaves, soak for another 5 minutes.
Rosemary tea and kudzu root
This formula combines kudzu root with rosemary and some other ingredients, often used as a herbal tea.
The ingredients, except for rosemary, are put in about 2 liters of water and soaked for 30 minutes. Then boil, reduce heat and continue to cook for about 30 minutes. Put rosemary in the end, soak for another 5 minutes before drinking.
Mulberry and hibiscus flower tea
Sargassum and hibiscus can be combined with some other plant ingredients to create a light-flavored drink, suitable for after greasy meals.
The ingredients include wood ear mushrooms, hibiscus flowers, some vegetables, germinated rice and malt. Except for wood ear mushrooms, put the remaining ingredients in about 2 liters of water, soak for 30 minutes and boil. Then reduce the heat and cook for about 30 more minutes. Finally, add wood ear mushrooms, soak for about 5 minutes and use.
The above types of tea are mainly considered supporting drinks and should not be understood as weight loss, hypoglycemia or blood fat treatment methods.
