Forget to drink water in cold weather or in a refrigerator

Cold weather causes blood vessels to constrict, blood is thicker, increasing the risk of stroke and heart attack if not supplemented with enough water. Therefore, you should maintain regular water intake, every 2 hours should drink once, even when not thirsty.

Limit water intake for fear of frequent urination

Drinking less water increases the risk of urinary tract infections, reduces kidney function and is prone to heat or sunburn. We should see a doctor to treat the problem of frequent urination and still ensure that we drink enough water every day.

Drinking too much water to protect the kidneys

Drinking 4,000-5,000 ml/day can cause the kidneys to filter too much, causing electrolyte reduction, renal fibrosis, and damage to kidney function. You should drink water equivalent to 3-4% of your body weight, not exceeding 4% if prescribed by medical practice.

Many adults drink less than 1,000 ml/day for a long time, causing poor spirit, metabolic disorders, high blood pressure, kidney stones and premature aging of the kidneys.
