Drink water right from the morning
After waking up, you should drink about 200 ml of warm water; after breakfast, drink about 500 ml more. Drinking enough water helps dilute uric acid in the blood, the total amount of water per day should be maintained above 2 liters.
You should choose steamed dishes from alkaline vegetables such as spinach, cucumber, served with cornstarch. The alkaline environment helps to dissolve and eliminate uric acid, and this breakfast also supplements a lot of fiber.
Boiled eggs and low-fat milk are a safe source of protein, but you should not eat more than two eggs a day and prioritize defatted or low-fat milk. Whey protein in milk has the effect of supporting the reduction of uric acid levels in the blood.
Prioritize diuretic foods for lunch
Lunch can be supplemented with winter melon, loofah and winter melon vegetables, combined with a moderate amount of lean meat. Avoid eating mushrooms with high purine content at the same time.
Protein control in dinner
Should provide about 60% of daily protein in breakfast and lunch; dinner prioritizes vegetables and starches. This distribution method helps reduce the burden on the kidneys at night.
