HUE - Hue City Rehabilitation Hospital successfully deploys electronic medical records, marking a step forward in local digital health transformation.

On August 22, Hue City Rehabilitation Hospital held a ceremony to announce the implementation of electronic medical records - becoming the first unit in the area to successfully deploy electronic medical records and being recognized on the Ministry of Health's Electronic Information Portal.

This is an important milestone in the digital transformation roadmap of Hue City's health sector, contributing to building a modern and smart healthcare system to serve people better and better.

The implementation of electronic medical records not only reduces administrative procedures, saves time for patients but also helps improve the quality of medical examination and treatment, increases transparency, safety and security of medical data.

This success is thanks to the direction of the Ministry of Health, the People's Committee of Hue City, the coordination of relevant departments and branches and especially the efforts of the staff of Hue City Rehabilitation Hospital.

According to the Hue City Department of Health, this hospital will be a model for other health units to learn from, towards the goal of 100% of the city's public hospitals implementing electronic medical records before September 2025 - in line with the direction of the Prime Minister and the digital transformation orientation of the health sector.
