Previously, on the afternoon of March 27, the hospital admitted patient K.N.M.K (11 years old, Loc Thanh commune, Bao Lam district) who fell, leading to serious deformities in the elbow and right wrist.
The patient has a 6cm long wound on the front of the right elbow, revealing the arm bone.Cold purple hand, unable to catch the rotation circuit.
The Department of Surgery and Orthopedic Hospital II, Lam Dong Hospital, determined that the patient had a breaking off the right arm artery at the elbow (5cm), sliped the elbow and broken cartilage and the cartilage combined with the head under the right forearm.

After nearly 3 hours, the team successfully transplanted the right arm artery, straightened the departed elbow joint, restored the torn joint and tendon; straightened the lower end of the rotation, placed a starch bracelet to station the right arm and damaged tendons.
After surgery, the child was alert, his vital signs were stable, his blood vessels were circulating well, and his circulation was gradually stable.
Currently, the patient is being treated and monitored at the hospital. The fingers have moved again, showing no signs of compression after the blood vessels were reopened.
