    The Ministry of National Defense has just issued Decision No. 6260/QD-BQP to revoke 4 practice licenses (practice certificates) for medical examination and treatment of individuals.

    According to Decision No. 6260/QD-BQP, the Ministry of National Defense revoked 4 practice licenses (practice certificates) for medical examination and treatment of individuals as follows:

    Doctor Nguyen Thi Quyen. Unit: Military Hospital 105/TCHC-KT; License number: QY230178 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on September 29, 2021; scope of practice: General practice, medical examination and treatment.

    Doctor Vu Duc Sinh. Unit: General Staff; License number: 210032 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on February 19, 2016; scope of practice: Internal Medicine Examination and Treatment, General ultrasound.

    Doctor Pham Ngoc Anh. Unit: Military Hospital 4/Military Region 4, License number: QY090015 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on October 1, 2024; scope of practice: Medicine.

    Doctor Nguyen Cong Luan. Unit: Planning Department - General/Department of Politics/Military Region 2; License number: QY070010 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on November 28, 2022; scope of practice: General medical examination and treatment.

    According to the Ministry of National Defense, the reason for revoking the license to practice medical examination and treatment is that the practitioner personally requests to revoke the license to practice.

    This decision takes effect from the date of signing, individuals named in this Decision are not allowed to practice medical examination and treatment from December 5, 2025 in any form and are only allowed to continue practicing when permitted by competent authorities.
