The Ministry of National Defense assigned agencies to study and propose the Ministry of National Reserve Supply to support people in localities affected by floods in accordance with regulations.

On November 22, the Ministry of National Defense issued Official Dispatch No. 7516/CD-BQP on strengthening the management and use of national reserves to support and respond to floods in the Central region.

The dispatch clearly stated that in November 2025, due to heavy rain and floods in the Central region, there were widespread flooding and serious landslides in many areas, disrupting traffic, cutting off key routes, directly affecting people's lives, activities and safety.

Implement the Prime Minister's Official Dispatch No. 226/CD-TTg dated November 21, 2025 on strengthening the management and use of national reserves to support and respond to floods in the Central region; to strengthen the management, issuance and use of national reserves to continue supporting people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, stabilize their lives and prevent and control epidemics after floods; the Ministry of National Defense requires agencies and units to:

Continue to strictly implement Official Dispatches No. 7453/CD-BQP dated November 20, 2025; No. 7483/CD-BQP dated November 21, 2025 of the Ministry of National Defense on focusing on responding to and overcoming the consequences of particularly heavy floods in the Central region.

Assign the General Department of Logistics - Engineering, Military Region 5, 7: Study and propose the Ministry of National Reserve Supply to support people in localities affected by floods in accordance with the provisions of law and the Ministry of National Defense.

Request agencies and units to organize implementation, the implementation process of tasks must be absolutely safe, and report the implementation results to the Ministry of National Defense.

According to the report of the Office of the National Steering Committee for Civil Defense, implementing Official Dispatch No. 225/CD-TTg dated November 20, 2025 of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of National Defense issued Official Dispatch No. 7483/CD-BQP dated November 21, 2025 on focusing on responding to and overcoming the consequences of especially heavy floods in the Central region; to quickly stabilize people's lives and minimize damage to people and property of the State, agencies and units must continue to deploy and strictly implement the Official Dispatches of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of National Defense. Strictly maintain the on-duty regime, proactively monitor and grasp the weather and natural disaster developments; quickly mobilize forces and means, deploy measures to overcome the consequences of floods and landslides; ensure safety for forces and means performing their duties.
