- 3 grams bell pepper, sliced

- 5 grams garlic, sliced

- 10ml refined oil

Making:

- Start by blanching the broccoli in boiling water and arranging them on a plate.

- To blanch broccoli, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli to the boiling water and cook for two to three minutes. Remove the broccoli with a slotted spoon and plunge into a bowl of ice water.

- Heat refined oil in Vietnamese sausageo over medium heat.

- Add sliced ​​garlic, dark soy sauce and light soy sauce, water and bring to a boil. When the water starts to thicken a bit, pour over the blanched broccoli.

- Garnish with shredded ginger, onion, bell pepper and serve hot.
