Crispy Broccoli Stem Potato Chips
During the cooking process, most people often throw away the stem of broccoli. However, this part of broccoli contains many nutrients such as vitamins A, C, fiber, potassium and folate.
Making:
- Thinly slice the broccoli stems.
- Cover with about 10ml olive oil, salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder and black pepper.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 8 - 12 minutes or you can also fry in an air fryer.
Watermelon rind
Watermelon rind contains many nutrients and is also a very healthy food.
Making:
- Wash and cut the watermelon rind into small cubes.
- Add oil, raie, jeera, hing to Vietnamese sausageo and stir well.
- Add diced watermelon rind, cover.
- When the food is soft, add spices (turmeric, salt, chili powder, coriander powder)
- Add shredded coconut and enjoy.
Roasted mango seeds
Mango seeds, often discarded after eating the flesh, however, contain many nutrients that are beneficial to health.
Making:
- You must dry the mango seeds for at least 10 - 15 days.
- Keep the seed intact when breaking to get all the seeds inside.
- Cut the seeds into thin slices.
- Add 2.5 grams of ghee and sliced mango seeds to Vietnamese sausageo.
- Fry over medium heat until crispy.
- Finally add pink salt and mix well.
Crispy Potato Chips
Gluten-free potato skins are a delicious and flavorful snack.
Making:
- Wash the potato skin.
- Soak orange peel in water for 20 minutes and pat dry.
- Coat them with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Bake at 200 degrees C for 15 - 18 minutes or until crispy.
- You can also air fry them.
