How to use mustard oil for skin care
Massage with mustard oil:
First, warm some mustard oil.
Massage in circular motions onto skin for a few minutes.
Leave on for 15 - 20 minutes before rinsing with warm water.
You can do this every day, especially in winter.
Mustard oil and honey mask:
Mix 10ml honey and 10ml mustard oil.
Apply mixture to face, avoiding eye area.
Leave on for 20 minutes before rinsing with warm water.
This mask is great for dry and dull skin.
Mustard oil and turmeric mask:
Mix 10ml mustard oil, 5 grams gram gram flour, 2.5 grams turmeric powder and 15ml yogurt.
Apply mixture on face and neck.
Leave on for 15 - 20 minutes before rinsing with warm water.
