1. Castor oil wrap to reduce belly fat
Lie comfortably and use a rolled towel to support your back. Take castor oil on your fingertips and apply it on your belly in circular motions. Massage your abdomen for 10 minutes.
Then, cover your belly with a piece of felt and wrap it around your belly with plastic wrap. Finally, place the hot water bag on top of the plastic wrap. Relax and wait 10 minutes before removing the plastic wrap and felt. Do it regularly to see the desired results.
2. Castor oil and cranberry juice
Add 15ml of castor oil to a cup of cranberry juice. Stir well and drink on an empty stomach.
3. Castor oil and ginger tea
Boil a cup of water, add crushed ginger and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add water to cup. Soak the tea bag for 1 minute. Then squeeze the tea bag, add castor oil and stir well before drinking.
