Faced with this situation, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health has just organized a Workshop on updating scientific evidence on the indication of blood filtration and huyet tuong filtration in the treatment of hyper triglycerides and dyslipidemia.
Experts have reported on blood filtration and huyet tuong filtration techniques in the treatment of diseases related to hyper triglycerides and dyslipidemia, referring to medical research and recommendations around the world to clarify the effectiveness of the method. At the same time, share clinical experiences and challenges in applying this method in practice.
The workshop also discussed current issues in the health sector, especially recent reports related to the effectiveness of blood filtration techniques, advertising for medical examination and treatment services without a license to advertise and advertise incorrectly for licensed content.

Through the discussion opinions of experts, the Workshop reached a consensus on the regulation on blood filtration and huyetosal filtration to strictly follow the instructions of the Ministry of Health.
Accordingly, medical facilities must comply with the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment, Decree No. 96/2023/ND-CP and legal regulations during operation, especially properly implementing regulations on advertising in the health sector.
Strictly follow the diagnostic and treatment instructions and technical procedures issued by the Ministry of Health, including the indication of blood filtration and huyet tuong filtration methods for patient treatment.
The application of new techniques, new methods, new medical equipment or clinical trials must ensure the conditions and procedures prescribed by law.
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health requires the Pharmacy and Treatment Councils of public and non-public hospitals to strengthen the review and assessment of compliance with the prescription of blood filtration and huyetosal filtration techniques in the treatment of patients and compliance with legal regulations in medical examination and treatment at medical facilities.
Previously, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health established a re-examination team to verify the contents related to the advertising content "high-tech blood filtration techniques to remove blood fat to reduce the risk of stroke", "high-tech blood clotting to prevent dangerous diseases to ensure healthy life" of DNA International General Hospital. At the meeting, the leaders of this hospital admitted to the violation in the advertisement.
