Rose water
Obesity due to liver stagnation is often related to mental stress. People with the condition have manifestations of imbalanced body, sluggish mood, irritability, and slow metabolism.
How to use: Take 10-15 rose petals and 10 grams of malt. Wash thoroughly, put in boiling water, cover and soak for about 15 minutes. You can add water 2-3 times.
It is best to drink from 3 pm to 5 pm, when the body's qi and blood activity is stronger, helping to relax the liver and improve mood.
Poria mushroom tea
Rheumatoid fever often has signs such as obvious weight gain, soft abdomen, accumulated fat; pale or greasy facial skin, fatigue, drowsiness; heavy hands and feet, loose stools, a lot of phlegm and chest tightness.
How to use: Wash poria mushrooms, Job's tears, and dried tangerine peel, put them in a pot with water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Filter out the water and drink while it is still warm.
Note that pregnant women, people with weak spleen and stomach, yin deficiency or dry mouth should use it with caution.
Cinnamon water
Obesity due to spleen and kidney yang deficiency is often manifested by weight gain throughout the body, especially in the waist, abdomen and legs; soft fat, fear of cold, cold hands and feet, back and knee pain, frequent urination and easy diarrhea. In women, it may be accompanied by abdominal cold, menstrual pain.
How to use: Take 5 grams of cinnamon powder, 10 grams of dried lotus seeds and 3 slices of ginger. Wash cinnamon and lotus seeds, put them in a pot and bring to a boil, then reduce heat for 20 minutes. Add ginger and cook for another 5 minutes.
We should drink from 9-11 am to increase the warming effect on the body; avoid drinking in the evening because it easily causes internal heat.
Lotus leaf water
Obesity due to gastritis often has symptoms of fast eating, hunger, bloating after eating, severe constipation and a healthy, toned physique.
How to use: Take 8 grams of lotus leaves and 6 grams of cinnamon seeds. Put them in water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes. Filter out the water, you can add water 1-2 times. Drink about 1 hour after meals to support digestion.
Note that pregnant women, menstruating women, people with weak spleen and stomach, low blood pressure or low blood sugar should use it with caution; do not drink on an empty stomach.
