Ingredient:
- 3 cardamom pods
- 1 liter of water
- Lemon (optional)
- Date syrup
Method:
- Gently crush the cardamom to release the aromatic essential oils.
- Boil water.
- Put crushed cardamom into boiling water.
- Soak the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the water turns light brown.
- Filter the water to remove the cardamom shell.
- To enhance the flavor, you can squeeze a little lemon juice or add a spoonful of date syrup.
